Winter Wellness Sessions with Michelle Carlino. Friday 12 pm - 1 pm Cultural Center  2nd Floor. January 16th, The Importance of Posture. February 13th, Balance.  February 27th, Fall Prevention. March 13th, An introduction to Tai Chi Chi.  March 27th, Yoga and Therapeutics for Strong Bones.
