Friends of the Pennsauken Library Celebrate 30 Years of Community Service

The Friends of the Pennsauken Free Public Library marked a significant milestone during their annual membership meeting on March 16th, celebrating three decades of dedicated service to the community.

In a touching ceremony, Mayor Nikki Roberts presented the organization with an official proclamation honoring their 30-year legacy. FOL President David Pellack and founding member Bernie Kofoet proudly accepted the recognition on behalf of the group.
Library Director Tanya Finney Estrada shared insights about the unique features of the new library building, highlighting the ongoing partnership between the library and its dedicated supporters.

The meeting also included the election of officers who will lead the Friends through 2025-2026:

Heather Kristian, Recording Secretary
Arlene Miller, Corresponding Secretary
