Mat Yoga
The Friends of the Pennsauken Library invite you to join us for a restorative Yoga class with Michelle Carlino. This class will include gentle poses and stretches to relax and renew the body and mind. Most of the movements will be done either lying on the back or on the stomach.
Self-Care 101 for Teens
Join licensed associate counselor Sabrina Starts for an information session all about self-care. Practice basic grounding and relaxation exercises, and complete a mindfulness-based art activity.

Toddler Olympics
Does your toddler have what it takes to compete in this summer’s Olympics? There will be toddler sized events, medals for all competitors, and loads of fun! Please dress your athletes in sneakers and clothes that are comfortable and easy to move in.
