The Friends of the Pennsauken Library invite you to join us for a restorative Yoga class with Michelle Carlino. This class will include gentle poses and stretches to relax and renew the body and mind. Most of the movements will be done either lying on the back or on the stomach.

Toddler Olympics

Does your toddler have what it takes to compete in this summer’s Olympics? There will be toddler sized events, medals for all competitors, and loads of fun! Please dress your athletes in sneakers and clothes that are comfortable and easy to move in.

Therapeutics to deal with specific areas of the body will be incorporated each week, as well as gentle breathwork and meditation. Please bring a mat.
